Just in Case I Die was nominated for the 2023 Jeanette Fair Memorial Book Award, sponsored by the Minnesota State Organization of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International for key women educators from 17 countries. The Jeanette Fair Memorial Book Award Committee’s goal was to select an outstanding adult book published by a Minnesota woman in the last five years and honored that author at a luncheon and state convention in May 2023, so this was a great honor to be nominated!
